• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges, which are non-refundable. We suggest using a trackable shipping method.
• Where to Send Exchanges: Please send your items to our specified address for exchanges.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Our Exchange Approach: At Pink Threads, we do not process refunds or returns for sold items. We do, however, support exchanges for different sizes or replacement of items that fit our criteria. If the size you request is not available, a store credit will be issued.
• How to Request an Exchange: Should you need a size exchange, please contact us within 2 business days after receiving your item.
• Exchange Criteria: To qualify for an exchange, items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
• Exchange Procedure: Include your full name, address, contact number, email, and order ID in your return package, specifying the size you need. Note: Only one exchange is permitted per order.
